Our mission is to bring together consumers, brands and refillery stores to make a positive impact on the health of our environment, as well as the personal health of consumers. We do this by raising awareness and making connections for refill stores and our supported brands all over the country. We provide resources that help brands and refill stores grow. Together we are stronger!

Eco-friendly Products for Environmental Protection

We aim to support brands that have a positive impact on our environment, ideally through eco-friendly packaging, manufacturing, operations, shipping practices and/or bulk sales. We look for products that minimize or eliminate plastic use and minimize waste. Then we offer those brands a front row to Refill Shops nationwide so they can carry the products of these brands who support these values and the demands our customers have for not JUST healthy ingredients, but also eco-friendly packaging.

Non-toxic Products for Personal Health

We support products and brands that use non-toxic, all natural ingredients. We look for no carcinogens, ideally no endocrine disrupting ingredients, no PFAs, and no phthalates. Brands who are committed to doing more good than harm, and doing things the healthy way instead of the cheap way.

American-owned & Made

We look for brands who make their products here in the US. Eliminating long-distance overseas shipping is important for minimizing environmental impact. We also like supporting family-owned & operated brands and stores. No big conglomerates here! We love brands who are pro-refillery, and who want to make efforts to meet the needs refilleries have as they make impacts in their communities. This may mean not selling to large retail stores, online marketplaces, or direct-to-consumer spaces, but allowing Refill Stores to share what great products these are and how the brands are supportive of the shop small, shop local model.

Owners

Our founder & owner, Christina, co-owns a refillery store with her sister in Northern Colorado called Sistainable Mercantile & Refillery. She’s passionate about protecting the environment and improving the health of her community. Christina visits refillery stores regularly all over the country when she and her family travel. She loves supporting other refilleries and connecting them to brands who share our values, which is what led to her founding Refillery Lifestyle.
